01How much does it cost to join?
Nothing upfront. We agree a per-lead rate before you go live, and that's the only time money changes hands — when a real enquiry has landed in your inbox. No joining fee, no monthly subscription, no minimum spend.
02Is my postcode area really exclusive?
Genuinely, yes. Every enquiry in your area goes to you and you alone — we don't split leads between dealers or hold a bidding window. Once you're live in a postcode, you're the only collector we route to from that area.
03How do leads arrive?
By email, the moment the customer submits their quote. The email contains the registration, the DVLA-verified make and key vehicle details, customer name and phone number, collection postcode, and our reference number. You contact the customer directly from there.
04What kind of vehicles do you generate leads for?
Cars, vans, and motorbikes — running and non-running, MOT failures, accident-damaged, SORN, end-of-life. Anything a UK consumer would search 'scrap my car' for. Volume varies by area but city and conurbation prefixes typically see consistent flow.
05Can I claim multiple postcode areas?
Yes — most partners cover a cluster of areas. List every prefix you can realistically collect from in the form below and we'll assign whichever are still available.
06What if I cannot quote on a lead, or the customer is not serious?
That's part of the job — not every enquiry converts and we both know that. We monitor conversion with you over time, and if something looks off (duplicate submissions, dead numbers, addresses outside your patch) we'll sort it. You shouldn't be paying for leads that can't turn into collections.
07How quickly can I go live?
Most partners are switched on within a few days of their first enquiry. Once we have confirmed your areas and agreed per-lead terms, your territory goes live the same day.
